I’m excited to share a glimpse into who I am. My name is Tim McCoy, and I was born and raised right here in Topeka, Kansas.
After completing my high school education, I decided to pursue my passion for politics and enrolled at Washburn University. It was at Washburn where I deepened my understanding of the political landscape and graduated with an undergraduate degree in Political Science.
In 2007, I made a significant decision to serve my country by joining the Army. For over a decade, I proudly wore the uniform and dedicated myself to the service of our nation. Throughout my military career, I had the opportunity to serve in various locations and complete multiple tours, including stationed in the breathtaking landscapes of Alaska. The experiences and challenges I encountered during my time in the Army shaped me into the person I am today.
While the military held a special place in my heart, a desire to be closer to my family ultimately led me to transition into a new chapter of my life. In 2019, I made the decision to leave the military and return to my hometown of Topeka.
In 2022, I found my calling in the real estate industry and became a realtor. This career change allowed me to expand my horizons, step out of my comfort zone, and enhance my social skills. Connecting with clients and helping them achieve their real estate goals has been a fulfilling and rewarding experience. I believe in maintaining honesty and integrity throughout the entire transaction process, providing my clients with truthful information and honest opinions, even during challenging times. This commitment to transparency fosters trust and ensures a smoother and more satisfactory experience for all parties involved.
